Our design process
At first, an in-depth survey is carried out. We discuss with our customers to understand their needs very well.
Constant support is provided for the creation of ad hoc products developed on the basis of different needs in the medical and hospital fields.
Only after attentive listening to customers and their needs MIS Medical makes the final project which, of course, will have to be confirmed and supported by the end users.
The twenty-year experience of the design engineers combined with modern computer graphics technologies allow MIS Medical to address and solve the most challenging requests of customers. Starting from the drafting of a distribution layout and coming to the production of realistic photo images, the company proposal can take various forms, respecting the current rules on design for nursing homes and hospitals.
The production capacity of the company covers several factories where modern machines for woodworking and metalworking operate. The entire production cycle is followed by highly qualified personnel able to manage the entire process, thus ensuring a final product of high quality and workmanship.
Installation is carried out by specialized teams of the company, coordinated by a Project Manager. This person is responsible for the order and management of the construction site and represents the technical expert of reference for any problem, and also the supervisor of all regulatory and safety aspects that apply to construction sites.
The Customer Service department of the company coordinates and directs the operations of the customer service staff.
All interventions are carried out by highly specialized personnel able to intervene promptly in case of need providing preventive and/or corrective maintenance aimed at optimizing product performance.
